Club Genesis

Club Genesis (or "The Shack", as the kids call it) is our Friday night open youth club. Our vision for the club is to provide a safe and happy place where the young people can be themselves and where they can, if they wish, discover more about what it means to be a Christian. |
The Club is for 8-13 year-olds (school years 4-8 inclusive).
Every term-time Friday evening, from 8 - 9.30pm, we offer indoor games, wii, arts and crafts/cookery/general creativeness, and other fun stuff. In the summer we do stuff outside as well. There is an optional " Look at Jesus " session to end the evening.
The club is run by Pod - the church youth and community worker, with a mixture of other leaders all of whom have to be CRB-checked and adhere to our child protection policy.
We have clearly set-out rules and a "red and yellow card" system to control behaviour.
