The keys were finally handed over last Thursday (22nd). Still some snags to resolve but it is now ours. A frantic Saturday and some days this week needed getting in the furniture, making the office serviceable and this weekend ... we open!

so close now. fencing taken down today ... keys on Thursday. and here are some shots of the interior ...

OK so not yet ready for key ceremony. Still need to "snag" which I think means listing all the "snags" - things that still need doing. Looks fab though doesn't it?

Look at this then - lighting up New Greens.

Quite unbelievably happy about it. We are also just hoping to use the fir tree in front of this sign as a Christmas tree this year. we usually have had a small artificial tree inside the building ... but this big one outside could easily become the New Greens Christmas Tree.

I feel all flushed with excitement.

Kitchen work top arrived and now fitted  ... and turf nearly all down. However one or two more technical issues arisen including wrong coloured acoustic panels. We will still get keys on Tuesday though!

There is flooring everywhere; Just the kitchen has outstanding work which should be done this week - so hand over of keys (fancy electronic plastic tags to wave in general direction) is on Tuesday 13th September . Still a bit of landscaping outside to be done and the first 10 days or so will be moving in our fixtures and furniture etc. Hope the first time it is reall used in on October 1st and 2nd weekend.
