Aims and Vision

OUR VISION ...

to be an ALL AGE COMMUNITY on a SHARED JOURNEY OF FAITH making the EDGE THE CENTRE.

  An All Age Community.    

Being a community is important for us. We aim to offer a home to all who want to be part of what God is doing here. We welcome the needs and enthusiasms of people of all ages wherever they are on their journey of faith.

  On a Shared Journey of Faith.    

We are all at different places on our journey of faith, but we do not walk the path alone. God puts around us a community of people to share the journey with.

  Making the Edge the Centre.    

God calls us to tell others about his love for them. We want to show that love in our local community and in the wider communities/networks that we are part of. Through words and actions we want to draw them closer to God.

  AND SO ...

we want each person to be:

• Personally commited to the Lord Jesus Christ
• Engaging in private prayer, worship and Bible reading
• Talking freely with others about Jesus and what he means to them
• Joining in regular public worship including the sacraments
• Part of a mission community
• Helping with our special activities
• Giving financially to the work we do
• Actively praying for God's blessing on all we do
